Watched C4 24 hours in Police Custody last night. A guy drove after burglars and knocked them off their motorbike. They were prosecuted, so was he. They were serial scrotes. He was a hard-working guy with a baby on the way. They got suspended sentences. He was jailed. Unjust IMO.

Lab got 8,000 fewer votes in Wakefield than it got in its 2019 defeat. Lab is not surging. There is no enthusiasm for Starmer's party. That's actually good news for the Tories. Their key problem is that a big swathe of Tory-leaning voters are currently on strike.
