I’ve never met a successful executive (regardless of industry, function, gender, etc) who didn’t check email on the weekends or ‘after 5pm.’ Work-life blend became a reality well over a decade ago. Owning that is more powerful then blindly saying it isn’t true to succeed.

My 9yo niece got a Polaroid camera for Xmas. To her, the best part is that you only get 10 photos & there's a "countdown" that shows how many are left. She's always had unlimited, instantaneous photos so it's the constraint that's "so cool"!
