My friend had a Kia Picanto at Rhodes. We could never drive up the hill to The Monument when it was fully loaded. Some people had to get out of the car and have it drive up a bit until the road incline decreased, and then get back in the car.

This is my 2nd UberEats order this week where the driver is supposed to be a woman, but a random man shows up instead. I’ve reported this so many times and I’m sure many others have too. Surely @Uber made a business decision to let this happen and put $$ over safety.
