As am sure the Cali DNC is already recruiting and training loyal commissars to go out and directly visit each aspiring founder to ensure they are in full compliance with party guidelines - before any VC will be cleared to fund them

I assume that VCs will ignore and pay the (tiny) fines? Or send these forms with a disclaimer that founders can opt out, which they can I'm sure...

well, I don't know if it is a good idea, but I am quite positive that 2 years ago it would have been celebrated as one and everybody would be pushing for it.
