I think Elon’s public persona grew to the point where the Tesla brand perception is being overshadowed by his now. Tesla sounded luxury before when I told people I had one. Now, it’s starting to sound like a “frat bro” brand. Idk what the solution for them is.

Robinhood likely planned beforehand to block people from buying the stocks they wanted this morning. If so, instead of informing users of their plan, they let their app climb to #1 in the App Store this morning, signed up 100,000+ users, & hours later blocked $GME $NOK $AMC etc.

@danielkempe Yes. I have a Quest, I’ve used the latest Quest 3, I used to work at Meta for years & tried all prior Oculus devices too. Quest, in comparison to the Apple Vision Pro is like those early Google Nexus phones compared to that first iPhone, if that makes sense.

TL;DR FB doesn’t sell access to user’s personal info. FB sells targeted ad slots, just like TV networks do, but with more accuracy. The lack of clarity is making people conflate targeted ads, with selling user’s personal info. The latter of which FB doesn’t do.
