The challenge @SubstackInc will have, is that anyone who hits $25-50k in membership will quickly realize that giving 10% of your revenue (i.e. $2,500 to $5,000), is totally unnecessary... there are services like GHOST that charge $29 a month for a white-labeled solution

Doing outbound sales? Then you need to replace the concept of "follow-ups" with "nurturing"... Too many founders mistakenly lead off with a 'big' ask (eg a demo call), and then "follow-up" 2-5x via email. Instead, build up to the 'big' ask with a series of valuable small asks.

Eight years ago, I had a coffee chat with a gym-owner whose (struggling) business had an annual churn rate of ~60%. When I asked him if there were any problems he *really* wanted to fix, he thought for a minute and said... "Yeah, the wifi is super slow in here sometimes."
