I know of some agencies that will charge their clients $5,000/month for organic TikTok growth. They’ll hire a creator for cheaper & pocket the difference. If brands are paying these agencies that much monthly, why shouldn’t you be receiving that full amount yourself? #UGC

A mistake I see often: Pitching to super large brands only in the skincare & beauty niches. Brands like these may prefer to use their budget for influencer collabs & not so much UGC. Instead focus on pitching to brands in the 20k-100k follower range in ALL niches. #UGC

For most deals over $300-$400, I ask for 50% upfront payment. Along with a signed contract, it adds another level of security to guarantee payment. Unfortunately, I’ve been burned in the past and have learned my lesson so I try to be extra cautious. #UGC #ugccommunity
