@ChandlerPolice A few years ago Officer Farrar responded to an unfortunate situation with a friend going through some issues. Easily a situation that could have become a tragedy, I will always remember his kindness and how quickly Officer Farrar was able to de-escalate and help our friend.

Disappointing to hear the 74k "missing" ballots even being alluded to as "phantom ballots." I will say it again. They are demonstrably in person early voters. I have tracked early ballots out here since 2008. I am not wrong about this.
