Tonight I got t-boned by a guy running a stop sign in a residential area going 80-100 mph. The seatbelt broke my collar bone and the airbags broke my front teeth. The dashboard trapped my feet and knees in the car for 20 minutes while they ripped the top of the car off to get me.

MacBooks are great. I used to be an Apple hater. Then I got a job where they gave me the option of windows or mac. Everyone else had a mac, so I grudgingly asked for a mac. A few months later I bought a personal MacBook Air (I still have it). That was 2014. Love these machines.

I unironically deployed an inline event handler in HTML in a production app. I used it to avoid an unnecessary blur. So you still get the nice blur loading experience when the image isn't downloaded yet, but if it's already in your browser cache, you don't get a flash of blur!

#ChatGPT just wrote this test with me after a handful of bits of instruction. It felt like pairing with an extremely competent software developer who just was unfamiliar with a couple particular bits of some APIs. Remote interviews will be *very* interesting going forward 😂
