As this chart shows, lab space in the UK is HUGELY expensive. Because we're not building enough of it. In Oxford and Cambridge alone, demand for almost 200k sq ft is going unmet each year

A lot of people are saying that #crypto has failed. FTX is not crypto, Scam Bankman-Fraud is not crypto. FTX is an unregulated bank, i.e. exactly what crypto was meant to replace. Real crypto like Uniswap, ENS and AAVE is fine but still a bit too new and unfinished.
