My 2020 30 kickstart plan: -No alcohol for 30 days -No processed food for 30 days -Only eat out for date nights -Walk 8,000 steps daily -Lift, move, or stretch for 30 minutes per day (can be broken up into 10 minute blocks) -5 minutes of meditation each day
