This is the Christian wedding website designer who took her case all the way to the Supreme Court - and won a license to discriminate against LGBTQ+ people.
The irony: she was never even asked to make a website.
She was just petrified of gay people.
Tim Walz was my first boss in DC, back when he was a congressman. In true ~dad fashion~ he absolutely insisted on taking us out when I turned 21.
He’s really damn cool — and NOT WEIRD!!!
I stayed in last night but woke up to a random man in my bed at 5 AM?? I panicked and swore I was about to get robbed or die.
Nope, my roommate had brought a boy home and he just drunkenly crawled into the wrong bed after going to the bathroom. 🥲
DO ASK. DO TELL. 🏳️🌈
Joe Biden just pardoned LGBTQ+ servicemembers who were dishonorably discharged for existing authentically.
It’s always a good time to right historic wrongs.
Apparently there's a big leak in my apartment building, and a cute boy I'd never met (from the apt above me!!) came to check if my unit was okay.
We talked for like ten minutes and he said to come chat anytime.
So, I put a note with my number on his door. Watch this space!! 🤭
I've died and gone to heaven.
PRINCE HARRY and MEGHAN MARKLE on Senate Judiciary hearing this week: "We applaud the bravery and determination of the thousands of parents around the country whose advocacy resulted in this hearing."
A ~lighthearted~ moment in Senate Judiciary this morn:
WHITEHOUSE: Grassley's office is the hottest spot to get married
KLOBUCHAR: 20 marriages!
GRASSLEY: 😁
BOOKER: I just wanna know, any openings in Grassley's office?
DURBIN: We'll have to get you an Iowa mailing address.
Personal news: today’s day one as Press Secretary for
@JudiciaryDems
. ✨
I’m *honored* to help lead press and digital efforts on Senate Dems’ fight for civil liberties, and help continue President Biden’s record confirmation of well-qualified judges.
Thankful and ready.
I’m telling you with 100%, no reservations, TOTAL and COMPLETE confidence that the song you added to your Instagram post did not, indeed, need to be there
Earlier this week, I started feeling sick with what I thought was the flu.
I went to the doctor and isolated.
Early this morning, I was hospitalized with monkeypox - a breakthrough infection.
This illness is no joke, and I’ve never been in so much physical pain before.
Update: the building leaked because ANOTHER gay failed to properly install a bidet three floors up. 💀
Conflicted whether this makes my apartment building iconically homosexual or reason to break my lease.

I came out to my family right before high school graduation, after a friend told too many people that I was gay. Word spread like wildfire in my rural hometown in South Dakota.
I had to address the whole school district, our families, and town at commencement that Sunday.
Restaurants and bars are TOO LOUD. Dial the noise back. I’m tired of yelling and fake nodding because I don’t want to ask someone to repeat themselves.
What is the most boomer complaint you have? Mine is I think people take their dogs too many places for my taste and also I think everyone should be more punctual.
why would I want a man in finance, trust fund, 6’5”, blue eyes?
washington dc offers me all the men in consultancy, big ego, 5’7”, dead in the eyes that i could ask for!
The heartfelt stories about to be shared about Tim Walz at the DNC are the tip of the iceberg. He’s heartfelt. He’s real. He’s genuine.
Always — but especially today — proud to have started my career in his office.
Going out in my hometown for Thanksgiving Eve was so healing.
I’m glad my younger self took risks. I moved away & now work in the White House Complex, coach at two fitness studios, signed two brand sponsorships, & feel fulfilled.
I hope the closeted South Dakota kid is proud.🥺
