My first attempt at making a “Truchet tile” ball. 224 panels with 32 sub panels. Each rotation of the hexagons creates a different pattern. I really like this one!

The hexagon-only ball icon on the football stadium road signs in the UK is a national embarrassment. In 2017 @standupmaths started a petition that garnered more than 20,000 signatures. The proposal was rejected. :( If we can't fix the signs, maybe we can fix the ball?
