Many think distilled spirits are low in calories, but some have a lot of sugar as well! 🍸Vodka and Tequila can be anywhere between 60-100 calories 🥃 Whiskey can average close to 100 calories So just because the shot glass is smaller, doesn't mean it's any healthier 👀 4/5

Alcohol use in heavy amounts—greater than 3 to 4 drinks a day—is associated with higher blood pressure. Cutting back by 2 to 3 drinks per day can help lower both systolic and diastolic pressure! #mindfuldrinking #sobercurious

Be cautious with darker drinks Congeners are byproducts of fermentation that can give a drink its flavor but also lead to more severe hangovers. You’ll find these sneaky chemicals in darker beverages, so take it easy on the bourbon, rum and red wine.
