The overall level of complexity is often high and unevenly distributed between back-end and front-end systems which can make it confusing to navigate as an organization.

I’ve worked a lot on internal products / applications (I guess you could classify as B2B). Like, a loan management app that serves loan analysis at a loan company. Or a app for text book publishing companies to build digital textbooks. I see a lot of overlap in your points.
