Legally- India has no concept of dual citizenship. Constitution expressly forbids it. If any politician takes citizenship of UK, he automatically will no longer be Indian Citizen & can’t contest elections.

You do not need 2/3 in parliament to abolish Art 370. Can be done by Presidential Notification. 35A is anyways illegal. Tomorrow will be new Dawn in Kashmir.
