I regularly receive threats of violence, get called a "nigger", told to "go home" or that I can't be English because of my skin. I won't stop speaking out. I will never let the thugs win. But social media companies must do more to stop threats and abuse.

I remember Luton at home. I changed at Coventry and jumped on a packed train full of Luton fans. I was on my own, they treated me like one of their own (told me I now hate Watford, fair enough). I'm so so happy for them. Great club, great fans. Enjoy the top tier! #ltfc #ccfc

One thing that will ALWAYS amaze me is a train drivers route knowledge. Hurtling along at 125mph using nothing but landmarks and signals, and being able to stop an 11 car train bang on the stop market at a train station.

I do find it ironic that my MP is complaining over a single cancellation (yes one cancelled train at that time of day). Yet when I emailed her about my concerns regarding the May 2022 timetable she did absolutely nothing about it and now I have to travel 100 miles a day to work.

Tonight’s hot take: Ryanair are not a bad airline and arguably they’re perhaps one of the best in Europe. People just want more for less. You can literally go to Ibiza for like £30 if you wanted to.

VSTP 5D82 20:05 Preston to Central Rivers. Despite the doors not being opened, it’s mandatory RA at Birmingham New St which means if the train comes to a stand, the platform staff must give authority for the train to leave.

In my job you make a lot of temporary friends, them being passengers. People you get to know but then may never see again. I once met this lovely woman who was off to Manchester for a few consecutive days. Never saw her again, until today. She's lives on my road 😂😂

We adopted little Ezra only three weeks ago and fell in love instantly. But unfortunately our time together was short. Last weekend Ezra got very sick and we discovered a tumour and it was already too late. Rest in peace to our favourite boy 💜😔
