Hurdles Pt 2. Top end speed with a soccer twist. Adding in visual adjustment exercises to standard wickets challenges an athletes ability to process quickly. Ghost hurdles and ghosts reacting to cues force athletes to make many tiny adjustments to smoothly complete run.
