Not only should Kroll audit the accounts of @BDL_Lebanon for all questionable areas, but should follow all those transactions to all banks until the final beneficiary. Forensic audit scope should also be applied to all state contracts awarded since the early 1990s. @IMFNews

It is good to know - and for the whole world to know - that in Lebanon you can commit a financial crime and then have parliament pass a law that would give you legal cover for your past deeds. This is what the contemplated project law is doing for banks against depositors!
