it’s easier to lose weight when u don’t care abt losing weight, don’t obsess abt being thin everyday and then you’ll end up being thin, cuz skinny people who don’t have ed’s usually love the body they’re in or they’re always trying to gain weight

i almost never put sauce on sandwiches, if i do it’s a small amount, i prefer loading up on veggies like lettuce, onions, and tomatoes
i basically have 0 fear foods but one thing ur not catching me eating is anything from cheesecake factory bc how tf do u manage to make a caesar salad over 1200 cals…

during thanksgiving one of my family members told me how skinny i was and then my mom goes “but he eats like a pig” i’m ngl that was satisfying to hear, i love giving off skinny boy who eats whatever he wants when i actually don’t eat a lot lol
yea idk why y’all think there’s these naturally skinny ppl with these magical metabolisms who can eat thousands over their maintenance and not gain weight, they simply do not exist, unless they have a malabsorption condition or an extreme case of hyperthyroidism
Controversial opinion but if u eat like over 1200 calories a day u don’t have an ED. Sorry Becky but u aren’t anorexic cause you skip breakfast and don’t eat until you get home from school 💖😀
