In 2006, Noel Thomas from Anglesey was sent to jail for “false accounting”. He was one of the 700+ sub-postmasters wrongly convicted in the Post Office IT scandal. This was outside the court in April 2021 when his conviction was quashed after more than a decade of fighting 👇🏻

Last night, I went to bed dreaming of a miracle - and the NHS provided one. The infections in my brother, Adam’s, brain have “significantly” shrunk; a surprise to the doctors. They’re looking to wake him next week after almost 2 months. Not out of the woods yet -but so happy.❤️

It's just been announced that S4C will air a Welsh-language version of Gogglebox called 'Gogglebocs Cymru'. This is big - because it's the first time that Channel 4 has released exclusivity of the show in the UK so it can be made in Welsh. It's set to be aired late Autumn.

After 4 months under sedation in intensive care, my autistic brother consciously held my hand for the first time.🥺 Honestly the best moment ever. He’s in mits due to his challenging behaviour - to stop him pulling wires as they drop the sedation. Staff call him a “warrior”.

David Brooks wasn’t in the World Cup squad for Wales due to his recovery from cancer. He was given the all clear in May. But - Rob Page has invited him to travel out to Qatar with Wales. “I want him to be a part of it."

WORLD RECORD*!!!! Got home from hospital at 11:30pm last night and barely any sleep. But I completed the course in the boiling sunshine and raised (so far) £1,000 for the Intensive Care Unit!! Hardest day of my life yet - but brilliant to be back at the Cardiff Half. ❤️

I just ran a MARATHON on a 400 metre track!!!!! 🏃‍♂️ I can’t believe it. Coming back from injury and suffering due to my brother being seriously ill in hospital - some days I’ve been struggling to get out of bed. 105 laps smashed for Adam. A brilliant feeling at the finish 👇🏻

My heart is absolutely racing. Just found out I’m going to see my autistic brother, outside his care home, NEXT MONDAY!!! Legitimately on the verge of tears. The last time I saw him was December 2019. The pandemic has been a long old slog... but I can finally be reunited. ❤️

BREAKING: Same-sex marriages in #Wales are to be blessed by the Church in Wales for the first time EVER!! 🏳️‍🌈 The Church just voted in favour and says it’s a “step on the way towards repentance of a history in the Church which has demonised and persecuted gay and lesbian people".

Some big job news! In January, I’m very excited to say I’ll be joining BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat!!! 📻 Doubt little old Pete listening to Radio 1 in the car on the way to school in west Wales would ever have believed this would ever happen. Absolutely buzzing. 😅

Today just keeps getting better and better!! My brother’s FINALLY out of Intensive Care and onto a normal ward after 4 months in a deep sleep battling brain infections!! Thank God for the NHS. They saved his life. 🥺

When someone writes the history of Welsh culture in a few decades - Dafydd Iwan crying as he sung Yma o Hyd to a full Stadium has to be in it. Campaigning for the Welsh language since he was young… and now getting thousands of people to shout “the Welsh language will survive”
