I need yalls help! I downloaded this from the gallery and turned it into apartments. But my sims are literally unable to walk into the area I outlined with the red square and I can't figure out why. Theres no "walk here" and they can't route to the fridge. Any idea why?

I think it needs to kept in mind that we are dealing with a 9 year old game, using an engine that was primarily designed all the way back in 2008 for an mmo that never saw the light of day. Changing the basic functions of this game now is practically impossible.
