I am a:

Earlier today, while leaving breakfast with the family, my dad collapsed on the walkway and stopped breathing and didn’t have a pulse. I was inches away and watched life leaving his body. I immediately began cpr; for what seemed like forever we thought we lost him.
Just got off the phone with a listing agent who is completely oblivious. House sitting on market for 42 days, offered 10% under ask to start the conversation and he calls that too low to counter.
Okay get back to me when you can’t get the rental rates you want 😂🤷🏻♀️

Had an open house today, did a big marketing push leading up to it (as usual) and it was a constant 3 hours of traffic - reminiscent of late 2020 - early 2021 open house traffic. Past few months of open houses has been 🦗🦗 for reference
Thankfully, we were able to resuscitate him, hearing that first gasp of life returning shortly before the paramedics arrived. Fortunately, my dad is now awake and getting the care he needs.
Fortunate that I was able to be present for my daughter’s speech and recognition.
A few of the highlights of her 3yr undergraduate career:
• 4.15 gpa majoring in Economics, minor in Philosophy and an International Business certificate

My dad is back in the hospital and my mom is doing what my dad’s physical therapist taught her to do to massage/move some of the fluid off of his feet and legs.
Almost 40 years of having someone have your back is pretty amazing to see

Today’s example of why buyers should have their own representation (v. using sellers agent):
Found a discrepancy that is a $100k issue because I did research for the buyer and asked the right questions.
Sometimes I go to my neighborhood IHOP and see horses out front; other times I see Shaq, pro golfers from the Phoenix Open and a rapper (I don’t know his name) inside.
It’s almost TAX-TIME! 🤓 End of the year means that many of us start to look for the best way to offset income with valuable tax deductions and write offs.
Instead of purchasing a liability like a fancy new car, or RV… I like to purchase cash-flowing assets; specifically
At the usual breakfast spot, I chatted with a couple that has been married 58yrs. Watching them help each other and exercise patience with each other, was just wow.
That’s goals.
As realtors, we can all agree on one thing which is that our schedule can be quite hectic with unpredictable hours. 😵
