Fasting heals. Two days after Ramadan, my headaches have returned. But I know the solution is more fasting. I do intermittent fasting for about 16 hours everyday. I stop eating at 6pm and take my first meal at 10 or 11am. Science is clear on this: the fewer meals the better.

The deputy gov of Niger State is in Abuja to plead with AEDC to return light to Minna after the distribution co. withheld it for 3 days. This shows gov't is concerned. But it also shows the arrogance of AEDC - it has to be begged to provide a service that's paid for.
