The same ingredients and preservative that don't allow the food to be broken down on the shelf... ...are the same ingredients that don't allow your gut microbiome to break down and absorb the food. This is done to not lose product to spoilage. Your health is not top priority.

I used to believe this was a healthy breakfast. I don't anymore. The juice has more sugar than a candy bar. The cereal grains drive insulin, are proinflammatory, and likely contain glyphosates. And for some (but not all) people dairy is not a healthy choice.
