Recently, I've been doing screen recordings frequently and found it quite tedious to minimize windows + delete Desktop icons just to do a 30s recording. So I made Stash - a free & simple macOS app to hide windows and desktop icons temporarily and restore them at a later time.

You can now scroll entirely with the keyboard with Homerow Alpha 20. 🚀 Press ⇧⌘J and and start scrolling with HJKL keys 🏃‍♀️ Hold Shift while scrolling to Dash 🦘 Switch to another scroll area with the indicated Numbers or the Tab key

Formatting text w/ Apple Notes sucks because: 1. The format button is far away at the top of the window. 2. The shortcuts are hard to remember / conflict. What if there was a conveniently placed toolbar above the selected text? Coming soon.

Two features I've been experimenting with in Scroll-mode: 🏹 Jumpers - Command+Number to switch scroll areas (in addition to Tab) 👩‍🎤 Freestyle - Position the cursor manually before scrolling with HJKL keys. Love to hear your thoughts!

I deleted an apple note I've been writing in since 2019 by MISTAKE and it doesn't have version history Luckily I'd made a copy in October but that's still 6 months gone and I think this means I need to roll my own apple notes
