Are you not aware of the Rajasthan Animals and Birds Sacrifice (Prohibition) Act, 1975, introduced specifically to target Rajputs, and their festival of Vijayadashami. It was entirely motivated by caste objectives and all came together against Kshatriyas/Rajputs ritual of Bali.
