I met a lot of people through hockey. In a sport and arena known for machoism and toughness, I never met anyone as brave, courageous, tough and determined as Jonathan. He also was a character, w a great sense of humour and carried himself w grace. He will be greatly missed

I agree the NHL should not hold their draft in June. They should hold it as soon as possible in May! It would be the most watched NHL Draft of all time and probably the most watched program on Sportsnet since March 12th. I’m just a casual NFL fan and I watched 5 of 7 rounds.

The thing that always struck me about Andrew Hammond is that it didn't matter if he was riding the peak of Hamburglar run or being demoted to the AHL, his demeanour never changed. Always polite, humble and appreciative of his hockey life. You have to pull for people like that.

A lot of heroes during this world wide crisis. Ours is Ciera a medical resident @ St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway NYC (Queen’s) ground zero w NYC’s first case of Covid-19 diagnosed March 7th. 40 doctors in self isolation since this case but she went to work 1/2
