We need "Bullet" Arena formats with 10 minute clocks for the whole match. You have to look at what Chess has become and follow that lead. Would be great for streaming and for people with not a lot of time to play, and should also translate well to mobile.

Every time this comes up, I can't believe it. Intentional draws are a joke. Writing off the most interesting round of the whole Swiss portion just blows my mind. It's against the spirit of competition. From a viewer perspective, you lose a ton of value from most exciting round.
