With Ethiopia signalling a strong intention to join the EAC, Kenya and Uganda will lie in the middle of the block's most populous nations. To the west is DRC with 95 Million people, South lies Tanzania with 67 Million people and in the North lies Ethiopia with 100 million people.

If KDF decides they won't reveal something, they almost always succeed. It just hit me it is 14 years thia year, since KDF deployed to Somalia offensively. In all that time, there's never been one clear picture (to my knowledge) of Army MBTs Noras in theatre! Not even one.

Interesting snapshot here showing two generations of KAF F5E/Fs. Serial 908 was delivered to the KAF in 1978 and Serial 928 (background) is an ex-RJAF warplane delivered in 2010. The Kenya Air Force has flown F-5 Tigers for 45 years straight! Talk of value for money!
