I have seen black & white persons receive appalling service from police, hospitals & other so called service providers. Keep race out of this. Motor vehicle and drivers' licensing departments in Randburg, Sandton, Langlaagte and Krugersdorp are all still closed. What a useless bunch of parasites, with no idea of public service. If SARS can remain open for the last month, why not licensing departments?
