In 3 years or so, Hennepin is going to be a pleasant place to hang out for the first time since automobiles could start going 30 MPH. People are underestimating how transformational that could be.
In addition to all the nice new trees and plants that were added along Hennepin in Minneapolis, there are also now more than 80 new racks for bikes and scooters!

I hear that, but the middle turn lanes on lyndale seem to be working pretty great so far.

I would think some places to sit would be required for people to hang out. Maybe benches will be next š

Will there be places to sit down? Itās not friendly to pedestrians if we canāt occasionally sit down and take a break.
