Very heartbroken for our players & fans- it’s very tough to get an at-large in @d3hoops . In my mind, 23-5 with 2 L’s on last second shots is beyond an amazing season. Very proud of our players. We won’t let 4 tough plays define what was an incredible 3500 possessions before that.

How good is DIII Basketball? In 2014, Williams College had Duncan Robinson for a year- this year, played 15 games for the Miami Heat. Also, Williams had a recent commitment from Miye Oni until a year of Prep landed him at Yale. Oni was just selected #58 in the Draft. #whyD3

Today, @Centre_Bball has our 1st “real” practice. The last time we had a basketball moment in this gym was March 1st- our @SAA_Sports Tournament 🏆. This is the ladder our players climbed to ✂️ the nets. Including my Dad. Still don’t know where @MiloEdwin found the strength.

My amazing Dad cut down his most important pair of nets last night... as he gained his wings and entered Heaven. I am blessed to have had such a wonderful Dad- he believed in me, he supported me & also disciplined me which is the ultimate love. ⁦ @MiloEdwin ⁩ was the Best 🙏

@Centre_Bball has not had a harder worker on The Gun than Art Walker. @aewalker4 had a great career- 1086 career points/ 200 career 3PT Made/ 2X being named 2nd Team All-SAA. And Art was fun to coach- had a big personality that all good teams need to have. 78-29-Art was a winner!

Just had an amazingly nice experience at Danville Subway... a Mom with 2 children in front of me in line just bought my Sub. When I thanked her, she said, “spread the word that there are nice people still out there”. Wow!
