I want all of the telepathic mutants to be revamped. None of their secondary mutations need to be telekinesis unless they are part of Jean Grey's bloodline. Also, mix in more telepaths of color as well. Each telepath should have their own unique telepathy signature.

Over the past decade, Marvel has undone countless amounts of lore and contradicted the characterization of the Phoenix Force. Originally the Phoenix was only able to possess mutants with strong telepathic abilities otherwise the Phoenix would overload and burn through their body.

Once mutant numbers started increasing again the Phoenix's next mission was to resurrect Jean Grey and possess her once again because the Phoenix is the strongest with Jean. But things didn't go as planned after the Phoenix begged Jean to bond with the Phoenix and she declined.

The Goblin Force was later confronted by the Celestials. They battled until they were able to defeat the Goblin Force. It was not killed but only contained. Similar to Jean Grey being possessed by the Phoenix, Madelyne Pryor was possessed by the Goblin Force after it broke free.

The only time the Phoenix possessed mutants that were not meant to wield its power was when it possessed the Phoenix Five but this was a last resort. The Phoenix had to split its power amongst the five of them so that it didn't kill them while imbuing them with the Phoenix.

Once Earth-616 Phoenix figured out that it was being hunted by the Goblin Force it had to start making arrangements to protect the multiverse. Its first step was undoing the Scarlet Witch's spell and giving life to Hope to resume the growth of X-gene allowing mutants to be born.
