As a mom, to a now 1 year old, and a health coach to many new moms - the baby formula fiasco put me over the edge. The FDA has shown their true colors over the last 2 years.
People aren’t skipping flu shots due to politics, they are skipping them now because they realized the BS being fed to them over the years after this fiasco.
Just wrapped up 1hr of posing practice with a few more tweaks to the poses & routine to accentuate my shape & bring my best this season! I asked for nitty gritty feedback so that I’m not leaving anything on the table come June.

I’m turning 39 on Friday and can’t believe how much of an impact my fitness lifestyle has had over the last 13 years (photo on left is 15 years ago when I was 24). You’ll never regret changing your lifestyle. It’ll take time, but it’s worth it. It does get easier 🙌🏻

Do you eat enough protein? Protein is actually magical 🧙♀️ it is a major building block & helps with satiety!
Aim for 25-30g protein each meal & prioritize picking protein FIRST when creating your meals (then add all the other fun stuff).
As I am in my last years of my 30s here are my tips to help with aging
1. Lift weights
2. Drink plenty of filtered water
3. Eat 80% Whole Foods
4. Stop drinking alcohol
5. Hydrate your skin
6. Use vitamin C serum on your face
7. Have good oral hygiene
8. Walk

Saturday marks 2 weeks into prep. I guess the body is responding well.
Current kcal 1775 with 175g being carbs. Daily. No refeed.
Daily steps 11-12k avg.
Cardio incline walk 20 min x 3 days.
Lift x 6 days.
Working my way back up to 2000 calories and over 200g carbs daily to fuel my workouts and repair afterwards. Looking forward to my next big transformation. 🙂
was just chatting with a friend Saturday night that women don’t talk about how long it takes after a baby to feel like yourself again. This photoshoot was for me after spending 22 months postpartum rebuilding from the inside to the outside.
The truth is you won’t always “feel like it”. You won’t feel like waking up early, you might not feel like exercising after work, or you might not feel like it after vacation.
But exercise is beneficial in so many ways in so many points of your life!
