You did not hear an actual heart beat at 8 weeks, you heard electrical impulses like a car battery turning over. They tell you it’s a heart beat so you get excited but at 8 weeks there is not a heart yet. The heart isn’t done until about 20 weeks. The misinformation is the issue.

Lies. I was a family law paralegal for years covering 3 states. I oversaw literally hundreds of cases. Most fathers don’t ASK for custody and are more than happy to not be the custodial. Family court DOES lean towards stability and consistency tho and men often FAIL on both.
