In Kenya there is now 20% excise duty on all internet data subscriptions with 16% VAT on top of its a 39.2% total tax. If your employer pays for your internet then there is another 9% (30% x 30%) income tax on top of that. If you want affordable internet, write to your MP.

Its me again. Internet to East Africa is severely impaired. All sub sea capacity between East Africa and South Africa is down. EASSy Cable - Fault confirmed Seacom Cable - Observing Fault that occurred at same time. 3 cable cuts in Red Sea (Seacom, EIG, AAE1) remain unrepaired.

OK IEBC have made it MUCH easier to download form 34A from Click the button top right "Download Forms" and you can get 48 Zip files for 47 counties + Diaspora. It is 10GB so you need a fast link. There are over 99.5% of 34A forms uploaded to the portal.

However my personal data is my personal data, so they require my permission to store my data and use it. Since I have not given them that permission they breach the law

@davie_cloudegic @_lennoxomondi Well its Ku band Downlink (in Kenya) as well as Ka band uplink gateway (currently in Lagos) so rain at either location is going to affect the signal to noise ratio which may impact the link data speed and satellite availability.
