A few weeks back, I was accepted into a graduate data science program. No formal DS job experience, no STEM degree, and entirely self-taught w/ coding. It might not be my immediate move, but it speaks volumes to the importance of building a portfolio + iterative learning.

This x1000. If you thought Wake didn’t belong in the tournament before today, you don’t know ball. This is a very good WF team, every metric will tell you that, and I hate that this win somehow “validates” their inclusion. They absolutely belonged in the field before tonight.

Deleted this because it lacked context, which I'll try to give here: Scheyer is saying WF was good enough to be in the NCAAT before today. Said the same thing after the game 12 days ago. The situation he's talking about was the turnover with 5 seconds left in a 2-point game.
