Mac Jones is a great example of why it’s maybe best as a QB to be patient and wait your turn at a school that knows how to develop you. He didn’t run because he was behind Jalen/Tua. Trusted the process, worked on his craft with a great staff, and it all paid off

Penalty options - tied to the Big Ten’s sportsmanship policy - have been discussed by conference & school leaders, who wish to avoid impacting players. The sportsmanship policy’s “standard” disciplinary action includes a fine and 1 or 2-game suspension.

Not sure if the Al Washington to OSU rumors are true but would make sense and be a great hire. Dad was captain at OSU & Al grew up in CBus. He coached at BC with Day (2013 & 2014) as well. Great recruiter, especially in Ohio. And coached those good LBs at UM. Win all around.
