According to the people, there are 20 women & 27 children on board & they have been in the water for more than 7 hours. They say a vessel with the number 1411 is nearby. Water is entering the boat & some of them do not wear life-vests. We ask competent authorities to rescue them!

Exactly one week ago, at 10:03am on 21/04, we spoke to ~130 people on a rubber boat for the first time. Over the next 10h we would be in constant contact with them and notify authorities to their distress. Instead of rescuing, authorities chose to let them die. #TheyLetThemDrown
