What is the reason of Armed Forces' 10% quota in CSS & that too without written exams? And y it is that their "competence" is only required in PAS,PSP & FSP? Y not in other 9 groups? A policy introduced by a dictator Give this quota to poor aspirants living below poverty line.

Once during Punjab Police days,there was a Rescue15 call at 2 am,I reached the spot to respond,there was a rich kid with a big dog,he brought the dog near our vehicle door, blocking the way.Requested him multiple times,he abused,I arrested him. He got released,I got transferred.

CSS is rigged in this way, 95% allocation goes to those who studied in universities & only 8% youth has access to on-campus university education. They are from middle+upper class leaving the majority poor. 10% armed forces quota in top 3 groups without 12 papers. It is rigged.

Language is just a medium of exchange of idea, idea is important not the medium. CSS exam should be allowed to be conducted in Urdu and major languages, as is the case in India's UPSC. Many sages are kicked out due to mistakes in English & fools r welcomed bcz of English.

In bureaucracy, at operation level(17-18 BPS), one can find only 5-10 people out of 100 who have ability to see through layers of evil and about 3-5 out of 100 who would say ' I can't do it, transfer me'. Only 1 or 2 out of 100 who say, ' I am here and wouldn't let you do it"

Only 6% have university education access in Pak and almost all those who get allocated in CSS have on-campus education. That's how middle+upper classes structurally exclude the poor from power equation. English is used as tool of exclusion, India allows UPSC in local languages.

About a decade ago I did 4 miles run in 35 mins , today did that in 32 mins. Did 1 mile in 7/30 mins, today it was done in 6/55 mins. Did 11 km continuous run in an hour. Feeling better in 32nd year than 22nd year. اگر ویلے ہوتے ہیں تو رننگ ضرور کریں۔
