1. in the morning id take only a coffee and bring it w myself on the way to school. i make myself late so i dont have enough time to eat at home so if my mom gives me smth to eat id just throw it out or keep it in my bag
2. i dont eat during class. its forbidden and its unnecessary. i also dont waste my gum there bc its not like i need to distract myself from eating. focus on class, takes note if u need too (i dont bc im lazy lol)
5. most people omad lunch bc they cant skip it (parents, etc). i prefer eating less each meal but more meals throughout the day. this is crucial for staying energised and avoiding brain fog. so, at lunch, id eat a small portion of whats in my house or make myself a salad. +

3. at recess, id prob skip eating, but if i feel myself getting sleepy or hungry ill have a snack, either fruit or a sandwich from the cafeteria. if the latter, id be full until lunch or even after. i prefer to enjoy my time talking w friends or playing a sport.
any vegetable works, but i choose tomatoes and broccoli. they occupy a lot of space on your plate while being extremely low cal. also a dressing of lime juice or just salt works perfectly.
4. something minimal that helps keeping u active is helping the teacher. either getting smth they forgot or hanging out papers, books, etc. it doesnt add much steps but it keeps me from getting too comfortable on my desk.
