Unpopular opinion: I believe we’ll see a co-working company thrive in 1-2yrs as more companies move their workforce to partial/fully remote. Having a place to go to 1-2x a week [that isn’t your home] to get work done, access to mtg rooms/whiteboards, etc. will still be desired.
