Telling an African parent you won’t be what they expected you to would be, is not easy but once you get past that huddle and they see you living your life happily; there is really nothing like it!

In all fairness she was married in the 60’s and this interview was from a 1982 documentary, so her perspective on compromise may be based on what her life experiences were with men. If at that point she was done compromising then it’s completely understandable.

I LOVE black men but it still doesn’t change the fact they are the only ones that have ever insulted my skin tone. Some of us shrug it off as ignorance while others would rather just not deal with the race in general. Cant really tell someone how to deal with an insult.

Unfortunately some of the pettiest shade I’ve ever gotten was from SOME AA women but on the flip side, I’ve received the realest friendships and genuine love from MOST. We all have personal battles that we project but at the end the day, black is black!

The kid still gets punished but first he reflects on his actions which is what we as adults do. Before you apologize don’t you sit and think and process what just happened?.Kids need the same too. You process before you deal with the consequences of your actions.

and don’t you dare come up for air when you get water in your nose from damn near being water boarded because that comb smack will follow swiftly. We definitely some strong ass Kneegurs now though! 😩😂

We absolutely do not. With the mortality rate of black women being so high during childbirth, this shouldn’t be a statement any woman should be making because all it does is make it harder for some of us be believed when we are in pain.

Imagine the cross contamination going on in there and sis really “cleaned” her hands with micellar water before touching that poor girl’s face...

All he has to do is google the whole clip. Mans thought she was a crazy groupie type fan then tried to block her from getting on the court; her GF hopped across the court in her defense!...THE END!
When I say men hold on to shitty friendships in the name of “loyalty” this is the kinda nonsense I mean!...sis better speak up before she ends up miserable at her own wedding!!
You see a Kenyan man walk out the door I promise you can’t guess where he’s going. Could be a wedding, a funeral, the club, the market, to take the trash out. It’s all the same fit!
I was FaceTiming my Rwandese friend last night..Tell me why this man told me he has never seen a well dressed Kenyan man💀He said he knows a bunch of them who are really well off but when it comes to their appearance, they could care less! Yo, kumbe other Africans notice this too
Kevin Samuels said out his own mouth 4 years ago that if he bashed women his platform would take off and that men don’t wanna hear the truth. Which is why he switched his content to bashing women.
