Discrimination is real in VC, but not in the way openly discussed. As a male with a foreign name, appearing white, but *other* by private heritage. I’m often excluded from opportunies, by LPs who filter via box checking. Remember, diversity is more than looks. 💚♿️🏳️‍🌈✡️🧠
