This is how Nigerians prefer things. It's also why you're at a "highbrow" restaurant or service center and a seemingly timid looking person walks in looking unsure of themselves, watch the way some people who frequent the place look at them, like you shouldn't be here.
@DavidHundeyin
The one that annoyed me is the "what do you hope to achieve with this". My dear don't be hilarious. The article has achieved a lot. 1. Educate an entire generation about an adversary. 2. Expose the Nigerian government as terrorists sympathizers. 3. Contextual terror financing etc

Let the man sleep a little.
The fight is a long arduous one.
Let the man enjoy the warmth of his family. It's been a long campaign.
If you're reading this PO, rest a lot. You've earned it.

We're wired think it won't happen to us cos we're the readers today.
These animals are closer than you think. This is state sponsored terror on innocent citizens. We must stop this.
That's why when you people are shouting first black this, first woman that, I simply say - I don't give a shit. When will you people realize these people want to keep you down.
Today, I spoke with President Tinubu of Nigeria about the strong ties between the Nigerian and American people and our shared work on global and regional issues—from defending democracy in West Africa and the Sahel to promoting digital inclusion and economic growth.
🗣 Reporter: "Were you a better footballer than Jose Mourinho?"
🧤 "Didn't Jose play as a goalkeeper...?"
💻 "I want to know now,
@Google
it!"
😂 Jurgen Klopp desperately wanted to know the answer!

Many a great quotes but this always stuck with me
A man who calls his kinsmen to a feast does not do so to save them from starving. They all have food in their own homes. We come together because it is good for kinsmen to do so.

Last year's BBN finale, Pheelz, and few mutual friends watched from

A generation which ignores history has no past-and no future.
At The Hindsight Podcast, shaping the narrative of our industry is what we've set out to do.

If you're that girl that paid for my food at Black Bell V.I yesterday at around 9.30pm. I'd really like to see you again.
Please guys help me find that tall dark girl.
What a great way to sign out of the 2019/2020 premier league season on behalf of
@StoppageTimeNG
. Coverage made possible by our financial partners and right holders at the BBC. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
It is always exciting to see the energy and creative industrialism on display in Computer Village as I engaged with entrepreneurs talking about how our government has supported their success and learning more about how we can continue to support their growth.
God Did. Host of the first ever Guinness Matchday experience in Nigeria. Many thanks to the team who worked tirelessly behind the scenes for an incredible show. Certainly a day to remember. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
@bukolasaraki
Saraki might not be the most likeable politician, he's got his own questions marks. But you see this right here? Its called empathy. Its shows you have your antenna on. Its being tone sensitive. Someone would have travelled to attend a corruption summit somewhere.
@jagabanolu
@Mochievous
This lady has a serious problem and she doesn't even know it. Certainly something in her past she can't shake. Its the young women she has influence on that i pity.
I thought Martinez was one of the modern managers. You know "progressive and plays attacking football". But route one to Fellaini and Lukaku was a tactic for 15mins. You people should behave next season abeg.
So I love the intro to 'Real life' by Burna x Stormzy so much only to realise just yesterday that it was a continuation from the outro of 'Wettin Dey Sup' which happens to be the preceding track.
This was real good body of work.

My biggest all time compliment to Pep is getting so called luxury et seemingly soft players to work harder than the rest of the league.
That's his biggest coaching skill.

You can't finesse the people into accepting you. The citizens of this sad country know who they voted for on feb 25th. With God all things are POssible. Mandate will be regained.
@StatmanDave
Malacia could be better than Luke Shaw in a few years. His ability to pass comfortably with his right foot means he can receive a pass either side. Needs to work on his crossing. But then again Shaw only started crossing well 18 months ago.
Its staggering that Pochettino failed to win a trophy at Spurs though. That spurs team at its peak was as good as any title winning team in England. I like Poch but that record something you cannot mask with empathy. Even Juande Ramos won something with less.
I go to places and people walk up to me and be like "I know you from
@TheHindsightPod
". Its so surreal given we birthed this podcast barely 2 years ago. Without the commitment of entire team this is not possible. Special thanks to the Ballers Awards.
Managed to scribble a few words for your tribute today Pops. A necessity which came rather too soon. Till we meet again, rest forever in peace, love and the glory of God's bossom.
Frank Edoho was truly ahead of his time. We're talking 15 years (ahead) maybe more. Executing different styles to his hosting, his poise, dexterity and finesse. What a time for television.
@frankedoho
Lagos state is funny. Went to do car papers and I'm told i have an a 20k fine attached to my car. They say people/auto cameras snap your car when there's an offense, but you can't provide me with pictures.
Funny people. I'm not renewing papers again. Fraudulent administration
Dear Obidients,
The last 8 months has been the most alive some of us have ever felt. You showed that we are powerful beyond measure and that nothing can stop an idea whose time has come. We achieved things thought impossible and across the world we made our voices heard.

OBI has done well. Deeply proud of the kind of campaign he choose to run. Even prouder of the choices he made that led him to being the revival of the Nigerian people.
It is my dream to work with the Sky Sports Group or her equivalent. I probably will someday, but the future who knows? What though is certain, is that I'll end up fulfilled. Nonetheless, the marathon continues.
@FinPlanKaluAja1
This thing made a mockery of hard working nigerians, people were buying their own money. The dss have gone rouge since 2015 and the last person to check them was yemi osibanjo (while he still had some dignity). The dss need to be reigned in that much is clear.
My thoughts on Ronaldo are consistent with the Pogba vs Mourinho, as was with Martial. No player should disrespect a manager who has done nothing but been nice to you. Didn't stand for it then, won't stand for it now.
So i bought 1k pure bliss biscuits to give the muslim kids in the compound. I'm currently in surulere traffic and I've eaten 4 out of 10. Poor kids, maybe next year?
You see this is what I hate. No mention of the police officer's name. What investigation? Calculate the speed of the projectile? Why did your detail fire live rounds to "disperese"? If their aim was to disperse?
A horrible incident has taken place. This evening as I left the national assembly, I stopped as usual to exchange pleasantries with the newspaper vendors at the corner. Many of them have known me since I first moved to Abuja and it was a friendly exchange.
The terrorists that killed this innocent young woman and many others are most likely free, given amnesty and being reintegrated into society. Nigeria a country that eats her young.
Today in History: Chinelo Megafu died.
Dr. Chinelo Megafu, was shot and killed by terrorists during Abuja-Kaduna train attack exactly two years ago today, aged 29. She hailed from Onitsha, Anambra state.
Her last words: I've been shot, pray for me.
She's forever in our hearts
A week since we put my dear father to rest in his hometown. All Glory to the almighty God for everything. We did this victory match for you Dad, you won in life. Rest in peace sir. 🕊
Congratulations to my friends

Well done

Lagos was 🔥, so Guinness said let's pull to Abuja with the host yours truly 🙏🏾. ABJ Guinness Matchday Live salutes you for your love and passion. 👏🏿👏🏿
Their TV shows reinforce it. The rest of the world is conditioned to understand the premium placed on American lives. Its conscious, deliberate and institutionally done. A people.
This morning at about 7.56am, One presenter on Lagos Talks tried hushing a caller for saying Buhari is a disaster. He said "yes somethings haven't gone well but don't call him a disaster". I just tuned out. Can't stand sycophancy and mediocrity.

So not a single person in ekedc or the ngc thought it wise to schedule this so called maintenance before the festivities? Most Nigerians have no desire to make their sphere of influence a better place.
Steven Gerrard says his "players failed miserably." And he's going to have to stop giving some people a chance. Wonder what Rio Ferdinand and Gary Lineker make of those comments. Doesn't that count as not taking responsibility or it does it just apply to Jose Mourinho?
