Rowe Honored. Athletic trainer Sarah Rowe attended to an injured Martinsville football player. She spoke to the player's mother and they airlifted him to Riley where he was diagnosed with a subdural hematoma. The Martinsville trainer is convinced she helped saved the boy's life.

The School Board recognized bus driver, Brent Boltz, Tuesday. Last Wednesday Boltz was told by a student that another student brought a gun onto the bus in a backpack. Boltz quickly removed the backpack and student from the bus. He says he's not a hero just doing his job.

WCHS Sr, Logan Bast, just completed his Eagle Project which benefits CPCSC. He and volunteers rebuilt the outdoor classroom between Sawmill Woods and BES. They cut and moved fallen trees and cleared overgrowth to create wider paths as well as constructed tables and benches.
