Two main reasons why citizens aren’t being prioritized for jobs but intl. students are: 1. Indentured labor — employers know foreign students’ immigration benefit is tied to employment. 2. In-group preference — Indians prefer to hire other Indians or wish to exploit their own…

#Alert After vetting the rumors, it’s seems that Sen. Mike Lee is going to attempt bringing bill S.386 (India/Big Tech green card giveaway bill) for a UC vote next week based on leaked sources. We will be working to stop this, but please call your Senators in DC as well. #NoS386

Two Indian-born congress members along with Republican @RepMcCormick introduce a bill that alters the U.S. immigration system to benefit Indian nationals on work visas. Once again, it’s that disastrous bill to remove country caps for employment-based Green Cards.

How convenient for Senator Mike Lee @SenMikeLee in wanting a public debate when it suits him. But when it comes to bill S. 386, he wants ZERO public hearings on a major immigration bill. #NoS386

"I’ve only been working here 6 months but judging from the visa renewal forms I see at the printers (and from talking to them), they don’t want to go back. All want green cards and feel entitled to them." This is why S.386 & Relief Acts are meaningless bills.

Boeing used a third party IT outsourcing firm called HCL which used the H-1B visa program to source the cheaper workforce from India. The American engineers involved at Boeing got the boot and were replaced by the cheaper foreign workers. From Bloomberg:
