Yesterday, the City of Mission contacted off duty Rio Grande City Station automotive mechanic supervisor Ty Baslee and other volunteers to assist in evacuating more than 120 Mission residents. Ty owns a M-1078 Stuart Stevenson and used his truck to reach residents needing help.
