#MONUSCO closed its #Baraka base in #SouthKivu on 6/05. Property transfer documents for various equipment, as well as certificates of completion of environmental rehabilitation work, were signed before the land was returned to the owners.

It’s Leopard Day today! Good news is that ⁦ @WildlifeBoard ⁩ was recently awarded ⁦ @WWFPak ⁩ scientific committee grant to raise awareness about leopards in villages living in MHNP to avoid conflict. Plus IWMB’s dedicated volunteer Asad Khan has donated 11 camera traps!
